Starting a new Area Group
Here is a quick guide to setting up area group of the Rough-Stuff Fellowship:
1: Contact the new membership secretary to get the local membership list for your area.
2: Decide the date and the place for your first meet.
3: Contact local members to invite them to the first meet.
4: At the first meet, two members are needed to nominate an area secretary. Also you should decide name of your group and future programme. Inform the Editor and General Secretary.
5: Any claims for expenses incurred should be sent to Assistant Treasurer.
