Preston: Lancaster Canal to Lock 2
Leeds and Liverpool Canal
Liverpool - Burscough Bridge - Wigan: Whole lenght.
Blackburn: Feniscowles (Borough boundary) to Greenbank.
Rishton: Side Beet Bridge to M65 Bridge.
Burnley: Hapton to Rose Grove, Whittlefield to Barden.
Pendle: Barden to Nelson to Barnoldswick.
Chorley: M61 to Cowling Road.

Towpath Cycling Code
• Give way to other people at alltimes.
• Warm others of your approach.
• Be polite.
• Watch out for hazards.
• Ride at gentle pace, in single file and do not bunch.
• Only cycle on canal towpaths in daylight.
• Never race.
• Do not risk a skid.
