24th April 2011 ride up the Winster and Lyth Valleys

After few hours at work moving tee markers and raking bunkers first thing in the morning, I was soon heading up the A6, then the lanes through Crag Bank and Silverdale. The above photo was first of the day looking back towards Arnside Tower.
