Saturday 24th January 2009: A ride over the Ouster Rake Path, then along the Brennand, Dunsop, Hodder and Langden Valleys in the Forest of Bowland.

The pack lunch at Dunsop Bridge but we soon headed to tearoom at the Post Office for a brew and cake.

Nick rode through the ford the rest of us use the footbridge over Greystoneley Brook.
